- Open the menu on the left.
- Click Manage fleet.
- Click Users.
- Click the No Access status icon under the Status column.
- Click OK to grant access to the user for that specific company and select their access type.
Permissions: You need to be an admin user or admin with billing user to perform this action.
Note that if a user's access was revoked, the notification and reminders will have to be set up again.
If a new user has been created and they do not have access, it could be that they have not verified their account yet. You can resend their activation email for them to click the link and verify the account to activate it.
