Subscription fees are pre-paid which means you pay for the service in advance. If your account is in arrears, the account holder will be notified via email.
Will I pay interest on a late payment?
No, if you miss a payment an email will be sent to the account holder to notify that we will try to process the payment again in 24 hours.
Your account subscription status will change from active to in arrears.
If payment failed after the second try, you will receive another email notification saying that we will process the payment again in 7 days.
If payment failed after the third try, your vehicle subscription status will change from in arrears to suspended.
If your subscription status is in a suspended state it means that we have tried to bill you three times but have been unsuccessful. You will not be able to add anything new in the application, i.e. vehicles, users, event notifications, reminders, subscriptions, etc.
Event notifications and reminders will not be sent and you will not be able to track your vehicles again until payment has been received.
All your information will be available to you and will be kept for 6 months.
If no payment has been received in 6 months, you will no longer be able to log into the application. You will need to purchase a new subscription to make use of the service again.
How do I ensure successful payment?
You can update your billing details as follows:
- Click Manage account.
- Click Billing Details
- You can click on the text at the top that says, Click here to edit your billing details or the edit icon displayed on the credit card that you would like to edit:
- Click save when you are done:
After receiving payment, your account will automatically be activated again.
Where can I see my subscription status?
- Click Manage account.
- Click Subscription summary.
- View your vehicle subscription status under the relevant bundled subscription:
This means that you have 7 "active" vehicle subscriptions that are paid for, successfully linked to a device and you are currently able to track and receive positions from.
The vehicle subscription status "available" means that you still have 2 available subscriptions (i.e. devices) that can be linked to vehicles. These are devices that have been purchased but still needs to be installed in a vehicle or registered/linked to a vehicle in the application.
