Your subscription commences on the effective date and endures for a period of 36 months.
You may however cancel this agreement either on the expiry date of the subscription, or at least 20 (twenty) business days’ written notice at any time prior to the expiry date, subject to our terms and conditions.
Where can I find the expiry date of my subscription?
The expiry date is displayed on your summary screen when purchasing a new subscription next to contract term right at the top. If you have an active subscription and would like to see your expiry date follow these steps:
- Click on Manage Account.
- Click on Statements.
- View the date in the Expiry Date column.
You need to be a user with admin billing access to view subscriptions.
